At www.FightingForFamilies.com we recently reported from a Wall Street Journal article which stated that 45% of all bodily injury and property damage claims today go unpaid by insurance companies. That is nearly half of all claims where the claimant is paid nothing. Roughly 50% of cases the insurance company is going to try to pay zero on the claim. In some cases they will try to trick you into signing away all your legal rights for a small payment. In other cases they will offer you far less than what you deserve in your auto accident case, and take a stance that this is all you can recover. You can go it alone. They have attorneys to fight your claim. They have the checkbook.
When you pursue a case and hire an attorney to fight for you to keep the insurance company honest, it does not mean your case will have to go into suit. It is always our endeavor to work to get a case done before suit ever has to be filed. We only file suit for a client if all other alternatives fail and then only if the client agrees that is the direction they want to go. When a case is filed in court it does not mean that a jury will decide the outcome of the case. The statistics recently released from the Hillsborough and Pinellas County Court systems show that each had only approximately 50 cases decided by a jury in 2025. One of those Hillsborough cases was a case where we obtained a $4.4 million verdict for our deserving client.
At www.FightingForFamilies.com we do not want to be the busiest law firm, we are a law firm that fights for its clients and believe in maximizing the recovery for each client. You can trust our 25 years of successfully representing deserving clients.
